This pet-friendly cabin offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort for an unforgettable stay. Located in a quiet area on a private road, just 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Luxe Mountain Pool Escape offers mountain views and peaceful surroundings. The cabin is part of a small cabin community that provides privacy without feeling isolated. Inside, you’ll find king-sized beds, updated bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The game room, movie theater, indoor heated pool, and dining area offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here. ACCESS Guests have full access to the property, including the outdoor firepit area and the hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please without any hassle. For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property. TRANSIT Please note that the parking spaces available at the cabin are gravel. There is ample room to accommodate three mid-size cars or two large trucks/SUVs. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience. Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Booking Confirmation Procedure: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • No parties/fraternity groups allowed. • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation. Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you! Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. ----- FINE POLICY ----- Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property. Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet. ------- CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW ------- - Check out before 10 AM. - Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings. - If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position. - Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout.
