First was the shortage of USB charging ports. There were a total of 3 or 4 in the house and they were in the table lamps. Only one of them was on the main floor. This made charging electronics aggravating because we had to either move a lamp or charge our electronics in different rooms and on both floors. My suggestion would be to convert some of the wall outlets to 120V and USB combos. The other comfort inconvenience was the inability to adjust the thermostat above 72 degrees. We had temps in the low 20s and 72 didn't keep the house warm especially the upstairs because it is so open and airy. I get that this is a rental and intended to be profitable but limiting the thermostat to a 4 degree swing, no lower than 68 cooling and no higher than 72 heating, seems extreme. We were never truly comfortable inside the house when it came to the temperature. Lastly, the instructions for departure that were on the fridge were different than the instructions provided via text e.g. the instructions in the house said to place all bedding and linens in the bathtub while the instructions via text said to leave bed linens on the bed.
