INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Our dedicated team is available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM to assist you throughout your stay. You and your group will have full private access to the entire property.

ACCESS

For your convenience, the property features secure self check-in via door code. Check-in details, including the property location and access instructions, will be sent at 10 AM on your arrival day. Your unique door code will be delivered at 4 PM via message and SMS, ensuring a smooth and seamless arrival.

TRANSIT

Guests have full access to the property and the hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please without any hassle.

Please note that the parking spaces available at the cabin are gravel.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Fully equipped kitchens with essential cookware and coffee maker for your convenience
• Linens and bath towels provided
• Starter supplies included (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and bath soap). Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility during the stay
• Pool maintenance occurs twice weekly. Access to the property will be required, and guest presence is not necessary. For safety, please ensure pets are crated during service
• The property is easily accessible, but 4WD is recommended in case of inclement weather
• Power outages may occasionally occur due to weather or mountain conditions. Service is typically restored within a few hours

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

Booking Requirements:
• The booking guest (account holder) must be 25+ and submit a government-issued ID within 24 hours (ID number may be obscured)
• The booking guest must sign the rental agreement and cancellation policy within 24 hours
• The booking guest must be present for the entire stay (third-party bookings are not allowed)
• Payment must be completed at booking. Reservations may be canceled if payment fails within 72 hours.
• The payment name must match the reservation

House Rules:
• No parties, events, or fraternity groups allowed
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (noise monitoring system in place)
• No smoking indoors (permitted only in designated outdoor areas)

Pet Policy:
• Pet-friendly: $100 per pet (non-refundable)
• Pets are not allowed in pool areas, on furniture, or bedding
• Pets must be crated if left unattended
• All pet waste must be properly disposed of

Pool & Hot Tub:
• Private indoor heated pool maintained between 82–84°F
• Pool maintenance occurs twice weekly; access to the property will be required (no guest presence needed)
• Pets must be crated during maintenance visits
• Hot tubs are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay
• Upon arrival, hot tub temperature may be lower due to fresh refill

------- FINE POLICY -------

Additional Guest Violation:
In accordance with County Fire Marshal regulations, the maximum occupancy limit must be strictly respected at all times. Any unauthorized additional guests may result in penalties or immediate action.

Unauthorized Pet Infraction:
All pets must be declared prior to arrival. Any unauthorized pets will result in a minimum fine of $200 per pet. This policy ensures fairness and supports the additional cleaning required to maintain our standards.

------- CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW -------

• Check-out is at 10 AM.
• Please place used bed linens on the floor near each bed and ensure all personal belongings are collected.
• If the fold-out sofa was used, kindly remove the sheets and return the sofa to its original position.
• Please dispose of all trash in the bear-proof bins located outside. Any additional trash can be left near the front door for our cleaning team.
